Rosemary Heights Business Park

Rosemary Heights Business Park is a designated employment-focused sub-area within the broader Rosemary Heights community in South Surrey, situated south of the Nicomekl River, east of Highway 99, and bordered by Morgan Heights Golf Course to the east and Grandview Heights to the south. The Business Park NCP was approved by Surrey City Council in February 2000 as the final phase of the three-part Rosemary Heights land use planning process, completing the overall community framework established under the 1994 Local Area Plan. As the name suggests, the plan area carries a business park land use designation, distinguishing it from the predominantly residential Rosemary Heights Central and West NCPs that make up the remainder of the community. The broader Rosemary Heights area is noted as largely built out, and the 1994 Local Area Plan provided overarching direction on servicing and engineering infrastructure to support development across all three plan areas.
