West Cloverdale South

**West Cloverdale South** is a residential neighbourhood concept plan covering the southern portion of the West Cloverdale plan area, situated along the ALR escarpment west of 168 Street, south of 60 Avenue, within the Cloverdale sector of Surrey. Approved by Surrey City Council in March 1997, the NCP was the first phase of neighbourhood planning for the broader West Cloverdale area and covers part of a combined 165-hectare (410-acre) plan area shared with the West Cloverdale North NCP. The plan provides direction on residential land use types and densities, urban design, parks and community amenities, and engineering servicing infrastructure. The area is noted as now largely built out, limiting opportunities for ground-up land assembly but potentially relevant for infill, rezoning, or redevelopment plays along the ALR boundary edge.
