We collect name, email address, phone number, and property address when you voluntarily submit them through our forms. We also collect anonymized usage data via Vercel Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide property intelligence, send requested reports, and follow up on assessment requests. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to third-party lists.
CASL Compliance
We send commercial electronic messages only with express or implied consent as permitted under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
BC PIPA Compliance
We comply with the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Data Storage
Your information is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and row-level security policies.
