Terms of Use - LandPlay VOW

1. About This Service

LandPlay is a private real estate intelligence platform operated by Manny Chehil PREC, Sutton Group West Coast Realty (Surrey/24). Access to MLS® listing data on this platform is provided through a Virtual Office Website (VOW) pursuant to the Rules of Cooperation of Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB).

2. Client Relationship

By registering on LandPlay, you acknowledge entering into a lawful REALTOR®/consumer or REALTOR®/client relationship with Manny Chehil PREC for the purpose of receiving real estate services and accessing MLS® VOW data through this platform. This does not create a financial obligation and does not constitute an exclusive buyer representation agreement.

3. Eligibility

Access is restricted to registered owners of properties located within designated Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) development areas in Surrey and Langley Township, BC, and to developers and investors who have been approved by Manny Chehil PREC. Registration does not guarantee approval or access.

4. MLS® Data

MLS® listing data displayed on this platform is provided under VOW license from Greater Vancouver REALTORS® and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. All data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. MLS® data is for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, retransmitted, posted, sold, sublicensed, scraped, data-mined, or otherwise collected or manipulated outside this platform.

You acknowledge Board ownership of, and proprietary rights and copyright in, MLS® VOW data and listing information. You agree that LandPlay must only be used by consumers for the purpose of locating, purchasing, selling, or leasing real estate.

5. Privacy

Your registration information, including name, email, phone number, property address, and account activity, is collected by Manny Chehil PREC to verify your identity, provide real estate intelligence services, maintain access records, prevent unauthorized use, and comply with VOW audit obligations. Your information is never sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You authorize Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, and their authorized representatives to access LandPlay and your registrant information for the purpose of verifying compliance with these Terms of Use, applicable rules, bylaws, policies, and laws.

6. Access

Your access to this platform may be revoked at any time at the discretion of Manny Chehil PREC. The client relationship established by registration on this platform does not create any ongoing obligation on the part of Manny Chehil PREC to continue providing access.

7. Registration Records

LandPlay maintains records of each registrant name, email address, phone number, username or sign-in email, terms acceptance, and dashboard access status during the currency of access and for the required retention period after access expires.
